A super car that is carrying the name of racing legend Pierre Veyron when came out in 2005 was the most powerful and fastest street legal car in the world with 8.0 L W16 quad-turbocharged engine with 1,001 hp. Bugatti is also producing Grand Sport and Super Sport from 2009 and 2010. Super Sport is packed with 1,200 horse power engine. Bugatti used DSG (direct shift gearbox) which is automatic computer controlled dual clutch with magnesium paddles behind the steering wheel.
The Bugatti Veyron is a mid engine grand touring car, designed and developed by the Volkswagen Group and manufactured in Molsheim, France by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. Hartmut Warkuss is the chief designer and Jozef Kaba? of Wolkswagen designed the exteriors of the car. Bugatti Veyron was named Car of the Decade by BBC sports car program.
